The article calls not having a global government a problem. This can not be farther from the truth than it is now. If we have a global government. what will we be united for. If we are not united under God we will never be united. There are too many different countries with different needs, economies and people to be able to meet their needs as a whole. The world right now is post modern stating that your view is right for you but cant be forced on other people. Under a world government this means allowing for all evil to go on all the time. Matthew 24:37-38 states 37As it was in the days of Noah, so it will be at the coming of the Son of Man. "38For in the days before the flood, people were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, up to the day Noah entered the ark; 39and they knew nothing about what would happen until the flood came and took them all away. That is how it will be at the coming of the Son of Man." People will be trying to live life but will be so ought up in it that it will crowd out the truth from them. this is reiterated in Genisis 6:5" The LORD saw how great man's wickedness on the earth had become, and that every inclination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil all the time." You asked the question... where did this "Obama AntiChrist" thing come from...Well, many of us Evangelical Christians have been been told that this is the case. No we don't hear voices but instead are given OVERWHELMING feeling of this! We are aware of how crazy it sounds and I know that each generation thinks that the Antichrist is coming in their generation but there is a difference here. In the primaries I wanted to veote for Barack and all of a sudden this horrible feeling came over me and I knew that I had to stay away from the election and throughout a two week period I continued to get overwhelming feelings about issues that I didn't even know I cared about. It all concluded with my assurance that he was/is the Antichrist. It is like an animal sensing a storm coming. God is letting his people know. First everything will go so smoothly and Obama will be extremely successful and that is how he will be put in charge of the "world governance". After that people will actually think that he is God bc of how he turned the world around. Then he will show his teeth and make everyone bow down and worship him and whoever doesn't will be killed. Now I'm assuming that this will be over a process of about 7 years(from now until the very end/Jesus' return.) I was given the date July 22, 2012. Now I'm not sure what that date is but it may be when he starts to show his teeth. Pray about the situation and if you are truley one of Gods children he will show you. PS I love what you are doing with this website... it is so informative.
I will echo the sentiments of the 2nd post as well...I too have had a "feeling" of Obama not quite being right in what he claims to be about/to do/accomplish etc. as our newest president. I DO NOT hear voices either, but am impressed with that over-whelming feeling of impending changes on a global scale that are tied into his term in office.
The plain truth of all of this is simple folks: Now is the time to claim Jesus as your lord and savior and come to know what he has in store for all of us who have/will accept his gift of salvation to us all!
No, I do not believe that within one year or two from now we will all be forced to accept that "mark of the beast", but the stage IS being set for the coming eventuality of that day! But, the only way to know what the truth of accepting that mark will be, is to start boning up in Gods word, and just what the results of receiving that mark will be.
Well, until that day comes, remember: God has your escape route planned for you. You just need to READ the instructions (his word). But then again, so does the devil, and he's already waiting for you to panic and jump out the window BEFORE finding out the stairs down the fire escape were safer to take all the time!

I am from New Zealand and do not normally show any interest in American news but have watched Obama since the elections. Because of his timing (2009-2012) and the fact that he speaks so hypnotically I have found that even though he is handsome and looks honest, he makes the hair on the back of my neck stand up. The current world economic situation, the rise of Islamic fundamentalism and the call for the New World Order are all indicators that point to the antichrist.
Please be aware that I am not a Christian and have no interest in Christianity at all. I am just interested in the idea that if Nostradamus and the Mayan are right, Obama will be the herald of the New Age and the bringer of the end of this age. This description makes him the Third Antichrist.
